Mr Qassim started learning Tae-Kwon-Do (TKD) back in 1983 (1362) in Kabul, Afghanistan at Mr. Paryani's school in (Gozargah) (Baghe Babour Shaw), of the premiere schools of Taekwon-Do. He then proceed to earn his first degree black belt from T. Kang TKD Association in 1992 New York, USA. Afterwards, he received his third degree black belt from Koreamerican TKD Union KATU, Manchester, Connecticut USA 1994. In 1995 he moved to Toronto, Canada where he has been practicing at the ITF Dojang, a school owned and operated by Master Choi Jung Hwa. he received his fourth degree black belt in 1999 from this school. Over the past several years, he has been actively promoting the art of TKD and teaching it to the art's enthusiasts and fans. His teaching career spans many places including Kabul (Afghanistan), (Pakistan), and currently in Toronto (Canada). Thank you.
